There always seems to be a problem with my drive-thru order. Entire sandwiches missing, forgot something, did not follow no... cheese request, etc. Will drive further away to get better service. Read more
Convenient location but service has really gone downhill. It?s been several times in recent months that I?ve placed a mobile... order for drive-thru pick-up well before closing time and arrived to find the store closed. The last time this happened to me,someone actually answered at the speaker to tell me they were closed. I explained that I had already placed a mobile order so itwas already paid for in the app and he simply said he couldn?t help me and that I should contact customer service through theapp to get refunded. (This always takes a couple weeks to finally get a response and my money refunded, by the way.) I asked theguy at the speaker, ?Why is your ?Open? light in the window still on? And why wouldn?t you turn off mobile ordering if you?reclosing early?? No explanation was given. A huge waste of my time and money. They are very unprofessional. I realize it's just a job, however when you have two girls there with very thick long hair and... they're flipping it around everywhere with their hands while working with food and drinks it's disgusting. They should berequired to put their hair up, because I do not want them flipping their hair over my coffee in the morning. This is whathappens every time so I have stopped going there. If you don't want food with hair in it I suggest you go somewhere else.Besides sometimes it takes them a long time to get orders ready half of them are just standing around goofing off and not doinganything while the other half are working hard. I wish 0 was an option. I have given this place multiple and multiple tries. Employees are extremely rude and frankly not... trained. The management team is also rude and never smiles. They never smile or say anything except for your total. I had apromo on my app and I showed them and they STILL charged me full amount. I only went there because of location and because onegirl knew my order to a T and was so nice. Ever since she left the place has gone down the drain. I am officially never goingback. Pratik has to train his employees better in regards to customer service, customer satisfaction, and frankly getting theorders right. Read more
The in store ordering was closed. App ordering pickup and drive thru only were being accommodated. You can imagine what it was... like dragging my toddler back to the car to get into the long drive thru line, without his promisary donut. Not the end of theworld but not a great morning for a treat day. Read more
