The food was just slapped together with no care. Portions inside were small and mainly tortilla. Took forever to get service at... the counter, and the guy behind the counter was a little rude and short. The building looked well upkept though. Read more
I went to taco johns thinking I would get my mouth watering potato Olés. Little did I know, I?d have to go through the drive... thru 3 TIMES! Only to get salad TWICE instead of my potato olés. At no point did it say I ordered salad on the receipt. I thenwent through the third time to order a new set of olés and pay for them. I never got the other olés. Now I wanna die. Read more
Brand new store refused to take my order before 8Pm due to maintenance and yet people were eating in the restaurant. Go to... McDonalds or Taco bell. THIS TACO JOHNS DOES NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS! Read more
Try are new taco John's location out folks bc it's easier to find then we're they were at before bc the new location is next to... Applebee's off I- 94 & 281 south so if your visitors out state it's the best place to get tacos as of now bc taco bell is underrenovation. Read more
Stopped here on our way home and had a horrible experience. The girl who took our order charged us incorrectly and messed up... what she charged us. While we waited for our food, they ran out of beef so gave us chicken tacos instead without telling us.When our food finally arrived, they were messed up and didn?t have the right food brought. When I confronted the girl, she firstignored that I was there, she realized it was her fault but didn?t fix the messed up order or give us correct food items, and weleft with half the members of our family not even being able to eat cause their order was wrong. Horrible service and it seemedlike the whole place was being ran by high schoolers. I don?t complain much ever, but i?m very disappointed with the customerservice and not offering to fix our meal or refund when the errors were on their side and they were made aware of it. Read more
