This has to be the worst subway in the US. Typically I love subway not for the employees but being able to get a decent... sandwich. I have eaten at this subway 13 times over the course of 2022 and left irritated every single time. Whether they don?ttoast my sandwich in the drive through, touch their phone then touch my sandwich and other ingredients it?s always something.The 13 times I have eaten there doesn?t also include the amount of time I have went in there while store hours claim they areopen and I am greeted at the door with a very disrespectful ?we are closed can?t you read the sign? or stairs through the windowwhile the doors are locked. I have never felt the need to write a review and am a very tolerant person this subway is garbageand I highly suggest you eat at the other one just short of a miles away. Get your s*** together guys it?s not that difficult toslap together a mediocre sandwich and fake a customer service voice. Read more
Good fast service, food was good. Clean restaurant. No complaints
Food was good, staff friendly, worked well with lots of customers.
It says on their door and online the store does not close till 9pm but yet again its 8:25 people eating in the lobby, he tells... me the drive through is close so I was going to go inside and they lock there doors to close early. I get it everyone wants togo home but it's your job to keep the store open till closing time. And this is not the first time this has happened.Frustrating! Read more
Some of the staff is so disrespectful. I've walked in there a few times and got glared at. My fiancé walked up and was greeted... at the door with a rude comment from a staff member "We are out of bread, can't you tell". How is he suppose to know subway isout of bread other than walking in and informed nicely. I sat in the drive through line when one of the staff saw and watched mego sit in line while smoking outside and looked me in the eyes. I sat in that line fo 30 minutes. I ended up going inside whilebeing tested for covid waiting for my results. I've been laughed at. Talked about. And much more. Poor service and horribleworks. Not all of them but most of them. The food seemed fresh and tasted good. The cleanliness was good. The employees seemed miserable. Made it slightly uncomfortable... ordering from them. Like you were making their bad day even worse. Still a good option for reasonably healthy food for a fairprice. Read more
Overall, I love subway and my food is always great however. This subway is always lacking in good customer service. They have... several employees that like never even talk talk to you. I went in and the guy literally didn't even say a single word to mewhile he was making my sandwich. Read more
