I have been going here since it has opened. I don?t usually write reviews but I figured it was necessary. The food here is good... and the wait staff has been nice. But the turnover is bad. It is poorly managed and unless you are going early on a week nightyou are going to wait. When I have ordered take out in the past they have messed up my order about every other time I haveordered from there and they have done it so much I have gotten 2 gift cards from them if that tells you how bad it is. But thispast time which may be the fifth time it has Happened, I ordered my dinner for both my kids and wife around 5:30 and they toldme 20 min. Showed up around 6 to pick it up and waited until about 6:50 before it was ready. Only had maybe 15 people in therestaurant. And when the food finally came out the order was wrong again. Tasty Asian and sushi options, as well as curry. A bit pricey. Specialty sushi ~$15/roll. The service was a bit slow and... scattered. The sushi came out first with at least 10 minutes before the rest of the food came. It was nice to try once, butwould go somewhere else before making that our first choice again. Read more

Tucked away in a charming Jamestown location, Simply Thai offers authentic Thai cuisine & sushi. The restaurant is fairly small... with limited seating, so I would recommend making a reservation if you plan to visit during peak times/on the weekend. The food& drinks that we ordered were quite delicious and I enjoyed each course! However, I removed one star because the service wasquite unimpressive & we didn?t receive the drinks that we ordered when we first sat down until we had finished our meal and wereordering dessert. Overall I had a good experience and would recommend if you?re looking for some deliciously authentic Thaifood! Read more
