The WORST place ever! One star is too generous for them. They have disappointed us multiple times ? and tonight is the peak of... our patience. How come y?all constantly get our order wrong??!!! We asked 2 orders, one order was right (even though thechicken were tough/chewy) and the other was 3 piece chicken (wings and thigh), fries and mac n cheese, instead y?all gave us 3tiny tenders and some tough fries??!!! WTH?!! Give me back my money!! We expect better service and quality from this newerplace, but they are just the WORST! If you can avoid going here please DO so. MINUS ZERO for this place!!! CLOSE THIS PLACE!!!!! This location is the worst! They workers don?t care. It?s always slow! 8 times out of 10 your order is... wrong. Then today we go at 5:30 and ask for the 12 piece meal and the employee literally said ?I?m sorry we can?t accommodate anorder of that size?. What in the world!?! Ordered a chicken sandwich. Opened up the box and mayo was on the side. Opened the sandwich and there was a blob of mayo on one... side and that was it. All in one spot on the side of the bun. I got 1 pickle. I can't believe I paid for this. How is this "new"location already this pitiful? Read more

There is no quality control. The portions are very small at this location. I ordered 4 pieces and they were all very small. The... biscuits are often on the dry side. It's always inconsistent and doesn't fit the integrity of the rest of the Bojangles in thearea. I understand that the employees aren't paid enough to really care but this specific location ALWAYS disappoints. Read more

It's not a huge deal because no one is paid enough to do this job but, they really don't give a tiny care about what you... ordered. I don't know why I convinced myself to come back here by telling myself it's probably better this time - but it neveris. My order is never right. It always takes longer than normal with no traffic. When it's wrong, it's most commonly becausethey shorted the heck out of whatever I ordered. Today the 4 piece supreme came with 2 and a half supremes half fries and thewrong drink - this dish costs 10 dollars. Is it just quality control basics? Just give people what they ordered? The staffaren't in a hurry - they are hanging out in the dining room. Let me make this clear to whoever owns this franchise: You don'tneed to fire anyone, just train them up and pay them better. There must be morale issues and money literally is the answer.Everything in the place costs 30-40% more than last year so please pass the profits to your people and fix this or no one willcome back. If I could give a 0 rating I would. Worst fast food business I have visited in my nearly 60 years of living! I had horrible... experience on first visit of wrong order, overcharged, cold food, dirty floors and rude service. Mistakingly decided to returnlater, thinking first visit was not long after grand opening. Once again rude manager at drive thru window. Food was coldagain. Four employees standing by window, one actually sitting his behind on the counter where food and drinks are placed. Iwill no longer support this business. I would guess by it's appearance, health department will hopefully shut this disgustingplace down! I don't believe a single positive rating, probably employees or family members writing fake reviews. If you can avoid going here please do. As a newer Bojangles I?d expect better quality and service. After several visits to this... place, they have continued to make a mistake on every order. Today, however I ordered a country ham egg and cheese biscuit 3times because they continued to try to give me undercooked ham. After showing the woman at the drive thru window (firstpicture), she walks away calls for a new one and then I am given a bacon egg and cheese. Obviously, this is not what I wanted orpaid for so I told her it?s a bacon biscuit (second picture), she walks away with an attitude, to call for another one. In metrying to diffuse the energy I tell her I just want the ham cooked well done, she then proceeds to throw her hand up in adismissing way and returns with not only an attitude but ANOTHER undercooked country ham (third picture). At this point I driveaway and decide to fry it myself at home. This is embarrassing, don?t get a job at fast food or customer service if you can?tdeal with people. After waiting in line at the drive thru this morning for 21 minutes and paying $13.63 for food, I arrived home only to find they... gave me the incorrect order. Instead of a chicken filet biscuit combo, gravy biscuit and a sausage,egg and cheese buscuit, wehad 2 plain dry sausage biscuits and 4 BoRounds. I should have known something was wrong when I had to ask where the gravybiscuit was. I tried to call to speak to the manager but the number on the website states this new location (Jamestown onWendover and Piedmont Parkway) hasn?t opened yet. Come on people, this location has been open for over a month now. Update yourwebsite and train your staff! Geeeeez. I know mistakes happen, but this is not the first time at this location. Next time I?lldrive the extra mile and order from Biscuitville, McDonalds, Burger King or Chick-Fil-A. I work too hard for my money to not getwhat I pay for. Read more
