During our annual vacation to Chatauqua Lake we always make sure to visit local restaurants and this is hands down out favorite... so far! The Chop House was absolutely AMAZING and we will definitely be returning guests next year! From the moment we walked inthe door the staff was very friendly. Our server was Jesse and he was friendly and attentive. The food was fabulous from thewarm bread to calamari to filet to the crème brulee. My step son had the seafood stew and he is still raving about it severaldays later. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience! Read more
Absolutely worth dining here! The owners, the staff, waiters/waitresses go above and beyond for those dining there. Excellent... quality and service! The Chop House was wonderful. Jesse was our server and he did a fabulous job! Very attentive and so delightful to chat with:)... The foooood?.The bread is soooo good - melt in your mouth!!! They give you 3 different butters to choose from - we liked thegarlic butter. The surf & turf with our chosen sides - truffle fries and mushrooms was outstanding! The grilled salad was verygood too! I would highly recommend the French onion soup as well - excellent. We shared a double chocolate slice of cake - rich& yummy. Read more
Beautiful place in Jamestown w/ lots of great meat & seafood options. Amazing fresh homemade bread w/ multiple flavored butters.... I had the Lobster bisque soup for an appetizer & it was amazing. We also got the Prime rib. I got the king cut 18oz. My dad gotthe queen cut 14oz. Prime was good but lacked a little flavor. Our server was super nice but service itself was slow. Absolutely delicious! The chef sang Hallelujah and it was beautiful. My husband and I just got married and they gave us a free... dessert which was incredibly thoughtful! We will be back. Our new favorite spot. Read more
If there was ever a ?diamond in the rough? The Chop House on Main is it. I would hold a steak from here against a steak from... any major city any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Absolutely tremendous. Modern atmosphere compliments the deliciousfood and welcoming staff. John?s strong arm, Carrie, was the bartender while I was there. Friendly and personable are thewords I chose to describe her. The only strike I have against this place is the distance and it?s not their fault.
