Second time coming to a subway out of Michigan both bad experiences. Didn?t heat our subs and missing toppings. Plus EVERY... skimpy with toppings even after asking for extra. Definitely will only be going to subway in Michigan for now on. Read more

All Subway restaurants seem to follow strict consistency guidelines. This one does, too. However, it seems this one has fewer... sandwich fixin's from which to choose. Doesn't detract from making this my go-to place for a healthy meal. Read more

Nice employee. Went in close to closing and the bread was very stale. The owner kept nagging the girl making my sammich. I felt... kinda bad for her. Just your average, subpar Subway. Nothing different or special. Read more

Not a bad place. Located next to the bus station. Cleveland, OH. The hamburger was delicious, however I ordered myself a coffee... with individual cream. The cream that was given to me was spoiled, I said this, and I was immediately given the others. Theyapologized. They allowed me to charge my mobile phone. I asked the son of one female worker, do they have a toilet, he answeredme that no! Read more

1) Used app to place order for a breakfast sub. 2) Got email stating order was ready 3) Went to pick up order. "Sandwich Artist"... barely spoke English, could not understand when I told him I was there to pick up order. Had to show him order confirmationemail AND "ready for pick up" email. He turned computer screen to me, insisting there was no order. 4) Confirmed this was theright Subway location. Asked for Mgr, to no avail. 5) Requested business card with owner's information. "Sandwich Artist" rippedoff a piece of receipt paper and offered location phone number. 6) Left and filed complaint with Corporate. 7) Received a callfrom a man with an extremely heavy Indian/Pakistani accent. He did not identify himself. When I attempted to explain whathappened I was told "YOU BE QUIET AND LISTEN TO ME." Rude, discourteous behavior like that is not accepable. I terminatedcall. 8) Received a VM from "Allie" the next day. She tried to explain it as a "communication issue" and that she is "used tothe way the owner deals with people." I informed her being treated rudely is not acceptable. Oh, and she PUT ME ON HOLD DURINGTHIS! 9) She expects me to come in to pick up a refund. I told her to refund the card I placed the order with, as I have nointention of going in and being treated rudely. Your mileage may vary... Read more

They barely speak English, mostly the Hindu language. Quality has gone down hill. Seems like they cut down on meats and... toppings. Doesn't feel comfy like it used to be. When i asked for extra lettuce the girl gave me a DIRTY LOOK and then saidsomething to her coworker that the Americans could not understand. Read more
