Me and my boyfriend walked in through the deli, my boyfriend who is spanish waited at the counter for someone to assist him with... an order, none of the employees wanted to acknowledge him, however, an employee started talking to me about the pastry display,smh. A white person walks in and now the employees are talking to him. Customers come first no matter what race theirare, employees standing around looking like they don't want to assist a Spanish person is very unacceptable in a buisness,that's very prejudice of the those employees. I can?t say enough nice things about brigiottas. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Even when they are busy the staff... will make you feel like you?re their number one customer. This is a huge testament to the founders and their training. I wouldhighly recommend them! Read more

I really love Brigiotta's. Best place to get fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, as well as flowers. They have a great deli... section too. If you are in the Jamestown, NY area and haven't been there, you really must try this place. Read more

Great subs and fresh produce. Very nice people! Over the last while, the deli has had someone occasionally answering the phone... who has a very thick accent and maybe does not speak a lot of English? They regularly struggle to accurately take our order,which is very simple (two subs). This person also seems very distracted as they will answer the phone and then (very loudly)start helping a customer in-store without telling us we're on hold. So half the time, they're only hearing half our order. Theyelling into the phone is also very unnecessary. The communication difficulties and the distraction in these cases have resultedin our sub orders being incorrect several times. On other occasions, when it's anyone else answering the phone, we have noissues. So minus one star for that. There have been a few times where we've called and just decided to eat somewhere elsebecause the person with the communication issues answered and we could tell the order was going to be incorrect again.Otherwise, we love this place. I'm not sure what the deal is with that, though. With so much to do at a place like this, I'mnot sure why you'd put someone in a position where they're clearly going to struggle (answering the phone, in this case). I feelbad to even bring this up because we have always loved Brigiotta's and love to support them, but what's true is true. Read more

I having been supporting this business and their garden shop for more years than I want to remember. But I think today may have... been my last visit, at least for awhile. There is no reason for bad customer service. I will not get into the nitty grittyhere, but they lost my support of this small business over $2.00. Customer satisfaction is priceless. Read more

It's so hard to find a good veggie sub anywhere - but found a veggie melt on your menu today and had to order. It was... outstanding!! So many fresh veggies with a great combo of mushrooms, olives, peppers and the surprise delight- sweet pickles!YUM Read more

What is going on with Brigiottas prices ?!?! Food prices went up Nationally 6.4% to 19% .. This store has raised their prices... 35% to 52% especially on fruits and vegetables and meat !! For example their avocados were .89 for one last week , now they are1.29 for one , that is a increase of 45% !!!! Really Mr Brigiotta !! Why are you Gouging the people of Jamestown?? This is the only place I shop for fresh vegetables. The stock is always fresh and the selection and prices are great. (If you... need fresh herbs just ask. They are kept out back and are they ever fresh) The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It's almost always crazy busy. Last week, before Christmas I was there and along with my vegetables I purchased 2 poinsettias. The cashier told me to wait by the register while she wrapped the plants up for me. When she came back she carried them to thecar for me without my having to ask. That was great service. Read more
