Let the employee know that we had a coupon beforehand and he waited until we were paying to say that they don?t accept corporate... issued coupons. Coupon was still before expiration. Date of visit was 6/7 expiration was 6/11. Exclusions on coupon said thatAlaska and Hawaii were the only places that it could not be used. Did not give explanation as to why he wouldn?t even try to useit despite having no other problems using coupons at other locations. Also got our order wrong, and had a bad attitude. Service was awesome, food was yummy. The catch is compared to where I reside(just 2 hours away) the sandwich prices were... substantially more expensive. I eat Subway often and it was $5 more then I regularly pay for the same order. ??????? Read more
The Subway has to have the rudest staff I've ever dealt with in a Subway. When they make a sandwich you tell him lots of veggies... they are very hesitant to add lots of onion spinach or anything. Twice at this Subway where they had advertised a new sandwichone was with ciabatta bread and the other one was with brisket both times they did not have either product in store. If theyhave any other Subway competition anywhere near this place would fold within a week. Terrible service subpar sandwiches at best. Read more
Definitely the worst experience a person could have encountered. My family and I are currently on Vacation, so we are quite... unfamiliar with this area. Hence we decided to stop at this Subway. We figure we know Subways are good and well we can orderlike we please. Unfortunately that was not the case here. Since entering we encountered no one to greet us, which is okay. Hemay have been busy. But then he comes to the front still does not greet us nothing. Looks a little startled . Granted it's about8:20 when we arrive. Most of us are looking for a breakfast sandwich, unfortunately begins to tell us no egg white. So then wefigure okay no egg white but regular egg. He says no egg period. So okay we then order a different sub and we ask wheat bread.He says no wheat bread no egg. And then he gets frustrated with us like we're to blame for the items he doesn't have? Somehowthen he leaves the front walks to the fridge and brings out a box then asks us how many eggs do we want? Like we know how manyeggs it takes for a sub? At first I was like "awesome!" He brought eggs. Then as my brother in law begins his order he begins toask for more spinach towards the end he gets upset with him because it's too much! So then when it was my turn I asked him youaren't upset right? He says "nah man" as he points at my brother in law. So I told him we could pay extra if its more of a cost.He just said nothing. Stopped in on a Friday night at 7, the store was clean & two workers greeted us as we walked in. After being on the road for... over 2 hours, my wife and I needed to use the restroom. I ordered the food & used the restroom, which was nice & clean. Came outand our sandwiches were ready. Nice and fresh, very tasty. We have not had Subway in a while, but we really enjoyed our visit.
