I wish I could leave ZERO stars! We came here for the 1st time and ordered the chicken and waffles based off of the description... and look from the menu. The server was welcoming as we entered and immediately served our drinks. We ordered a water with lemongarnish and an iced tea. OUR DRINKS WERE THE ONLY THINGS WITH FLAVOR THAT WE TASTED! When we TASTED our food, (or shall I saybit into our food and allowed it to hit our palates) we were instantly disappointed! Making the choice to order from THE JOINTmay be best for a diabetic that?s just wants the pleasure of having their plate look delightful and appear flavorful. It was sodistasteful we asked to speak to the owner. We offered to pay for our drinks but we?re told by the server that we have to payfor at least one of the plates, even though neither plate was eaten. After requesting the owner, we were told there was no needto pay for food we didn?t consume. This sadly ruined our entire appetite. Read more
My boyfriend and I weren't able to enjoy most of the menu because of our food allergies. But what we could have was good. My... daughter told me that she's coming here with friends in a few days. I warned her that she better bring her Epi Pen and that shewon't be able to enjoy most of the menu either. Why don't these restaurants just take a clean frying pan with some new cookingoil and accommodate their paying customers. Read more

So this hipster amazing dining spot exceeded for breakfast ! We walked in & greeted with a smile and put in the next room with a... window seat. The menu had everything I loved and ROSIE gave great suggestions. I got French toast w/ bacon and just way too muchfood. The bacon is the t Hock slab and the French toast really is cooked perfect. The Joint is well named bc it is definitely the best Joint to be at in JP! My family and I are Slightly obsessed with it lol.... Antonio is always there with a smile on his face, very welcoming, and makes us feel like family. The food is always on point. Wehave tried so much and have yet to dislike anything! My go to drink is the white sangria & my husband's is the guava margarita!And don't forget to order the fried Ice-cream for dessert! You'll Definitely come back to the joint for more! Read more
