It is so bad. Even though we live around the corner we will go out of our way to go to the Walk Hill or Roslindale Village... locations. Its just not worth the stress to try and navigate the chaos of this place. Read more
Some of the workers actually know what they are doing. The young help no so much. Been there recently and one guy had on sweat... pants hanging down under his underwear. Which I don't need to see from someone serving my food. Unprofessional. Also eating adonut in front of customers while asking can I help you? Really? More interested in chatting on there cell phone than customerservice. No gloves in site. My wife walked out before ordering. Read more
I should have check the sandwich. That's on me. The young sandwich maker there was asked if he could make a pesto tomato grilled... cheese. He points to the wrong sandwich. We correct him, he says yeah. What I got back was a guacamole and yellow Americancheese sandwich with tomatoes. Come on guy. Gross. Read more
Extremely slow service. The employees almost always have poor attitudes. I use mobile order most of the time to avoid the line,... but my order is wrong 95% of the time. Without fail my veggie or non meat option is switched out to have meat, my non dairycoffee choices always come with whole milk, and they NEVER put in the extra shot of espresso that I order and pay for.
