I would give one star but the people are nice so I?ll give two. Do NOT go here unless you have plenty of extra time to spend... waiting when there?s maybe two other people in the store. I?ve waited nearly 20 minutes on multiple occasions for a PLAIN BAGELwhen it was practically dead in there. Even if I give myself 15 mins to wait inside, I?m STILL late to work. This blows my mindsince I used to live next to an extremely busy dunkin with 4 employees in the tiny store and I?d only ever wait 5-7 minutes fora perfectly correct order. My order is basically ALWAYS wrong or missing items. Once or twice, fine, but I?d say it?s almost90% of the time. If it IS right, it?s usually because I had to remind them beforehand after I?ve already been waiting for 5-10mins for one simple thing. It?s almost like they have no record of mobile orders at all?most times they have to ask you againwhat the order was, then they take their sweet time making it and it?s not even good. My food is burnt at over half of thetimes I order. My hashbrowns will be dark and rock hard, my bagel is nearly black, and when I get sandwiches they are too stiffto even bite. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I just can?t take any more of this. Like I said, the people are kind, butI can?t go here anymore. I would stay away if I were you. Read more

It's ok but gets very crowded in the mornings and the service/speed suffers as a result. Also a difficult place to park.

Very unprofessional workplace I went in a few days ago around 7AM all you hear is cussing and the short white lady with the... black hair saying the N Word. Very absurd and ignorant for a while person to be saying that degrading word. Will not be visitingthis store ever again. Read more

IF this is the one located on Morton Street, which is called, "Ghetto DD" You'll unvell the unpleasantness, unprofessional. IF,... you must may I suggest On the Go, which is located in the app. Just be prepared to be disappointed as well. Face it morningcoffee sets the mood, tone, vibe of your day! Right?! So, go somewhere else which will accommodate you. DD at Adam St., DD atFreeport St. (Across from Stop and Shop or inside of, DD at Ashmont Station, etc) However, I realize people use this one due toconvenience. Totally understandable but still DO NOT (stay clear of, turn around.). Wait I apologize, they do know how to makeblack coffee especially with no sugar. Anyway, Hope this helps a little. Read more

They are super busy and it is a small establishment. The food was hot and delicious just the wait time is extreme. The muffin... wasn't burned and it had enough bacon on the bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. The hash browns were soft, hot and notburned. Gosh that means so much to me. Overall, extremely busy and has a long wait time for your food. Read more

My reviews are based solely on mobility impairment handic accessibility and this particular shop is difficult because it does... not have double doors, and there's no ramp that is anything like it should be and it was blocked by ice. This is surprising andthe crosswalk is often blocked+ by police officers, fire trucks etc at that!!! I hope this location improve its services forpeople that are handicapped because so many of our veterans are struggling with mobility impairment and I feel strongly aboutthem.after all this sacrifice the last thing they need is not to be able to get into their coffee shop because of police officeris blocking the sidewalk and is in line 10 people back!on one of the days I walked in and with a loud voice I said whoever ownsthe police cruiser that is blocking the sidewalk could you please move it as there is a man in a wheelchair trying to getacross! ( True story) that officer looked absolutely embarrassedand when he came out, I told him that I had blocked even about1/4 of a foot of the cross walk and then threatened by the police to get a $150 fine and I was live parking watching forhandicapped peopleand that's no excuse, and it was many years ago, I have become enlightened since then helping my husband.
