The best roasted chicken in Boston hands down! The combination half chicken with two sides is enough to fill most people up and... might even have leftovers. I always choose the chofan (Dominican version of Chinese fried rice) and plátano (large sweetplantain cooked until soft and the sugars caramelize) but all of the options are great. The chicharrón is also some of the bestaround, with crispy skin and the perfect meat to fat ratio. Chicken was good and flavorful, rice was good, wait times were long so order ahead. I do wish there was some type of veggies or... salad to eat with all this heavy carbs. It?s like rice beans, potatoes, plantain, pasta, chicken. You need something fresh tocut threw all that grease. Maybe they should at least have potato salad with veggies or macaroni salad, or some side salads, orcoleslaw. Maybe it?s not authentic Puerto Rican to have veggies in this type of meal but it?s needed as our people are gettingobese on these foods. Read more
