UPSETTING! Ordered a 6 dollar coffee frappucino. It was unknowingly given to another lady first. She brought it back to the shop... and it was then handed to me. Hygienic, at an airport with people from everywhere- I don't think so! I want to point out thatthe other customer actually took the drink and went to sit down somewhere with it before bringing it back. I also asked to havethe drink without cream when ordering, ofc there was cream on it. When asked to remove it a very unpleasant employee handed meback a half empty drink. I wish I was exaggerating.
