Not enough staff leading to extremely long queues. Coffee was OK. Staff were very kind and friendly though.

First, I waited here for five minutes before anyone decided to take my order. Then a girl who was cleaning the fridge took my... order. She proceeded to make my latte without washing her hands (gross). I asked her if she made me a medium latte and this rudeperson gave me a condescending look as if I asked a dumb question. Now she gave me a hot latte in cup without a sleeve. It wasdifficult to hold and when I asked her for a sleeve, she did not even used words to answer me and just nodded. The service is very slow and it does not seem very clean. The iced lemon pound cake is terrible. I don?t recommend it.
If I could give zero stars I would. Staff insisted I use one of their cups even though I brought my own. Health and safety.... Although it was ok to pour boiling coffee into my own cup at the coffee stand. Sustainability and protecting the planet clearlyisn?t a thing at Peets. Check every other major coffee chain and you?ll see that they?ve realised not only is it better for theplanet to allow people to use their own cups - it?s better for the bottom line, too. Depressing experience. One poor lady handling everything by herself resulting in 1) huge line, 2) ?cappuccino? which was really... just boiled milk with minimal espresso, and 3) a gas station ambience. Peets brand has gone way down hill. Read more
Poor service. They saw me. Ignored me and went to the back. Several minutes later after a manager came and asked if anyone came... out, he told one of the Server to come out. She then stood in front of cups and adjusted her bra for a few minutes. Then talkedfor another few minutes to a coworker. I know airport service is bad, but this is by far one of the worst. Read more
I have ordered Americano and got "coffee water", the women who worked there don't ground fresh coffee just make it from old,... used coffee. And yes, I know how Americano looks like. Read more
