Ordered takeout for pickup, had a very large order >$100, everything came out great! Quick and easy to order & pickup, food was... hot & tasty, they accept credit card for orders over $15, and they gave us a few extra items for having ordered so much whichwas really nice. We just ordered over $90 of food from this location. When the guy got here he left the food on the floor and demanded the money... before he gave the bags. I understood because it was a large bill. When we opened 4 trays of chicken wings and fries this iswhat we saw. It looks worse in person. The trays are not even half filled with fries. All the fries we got filled one tray withwings on top. The crab sticks were also undercooked but we didn?t mention that. When we called to ask why were we given foodlike this with such a big order the lady yelled and said that?s how it is. This place is ok, but I've been wondering something. During the last few months [all of covid time, I'll say] I've been charged... at least $2 more than my totals should be. When I ask why it's more than I calculated, they claim "tax". They've never taken"tax" before. They don't even provide you with a receipt to prove any of this. When I last visited, I saw that they dodelivery through an online service. After seeing complaints of these services on the news - where they reroute calls to thestore to them so that they can collect the fee - I assume now, that this extra money that's being taken from me is actually thestore charging *me* that delivery fee. That makes no sense, as I'm there in person making and taking my own order. This isn'tthe only Chinese takeout that's doing this, either. I often go to one in Flushing that's been doing the same thing and claiming"tax" when I confront them. Before I report this, I'd like to check one more place in Brooklyn that never used to tax AND givesreceipts. When I'm sure that this isn't a new law, I'll make the proper arrangements. Read more
This is my go to Chinese food place in my area. Its one of the best quality at reasonable prices. Other places might be a lil... cheaper (by like a few cents to at most 2 bucks) but its just not worth it. This one is better! Read more
