Friendly servers and sushi chefs and owner. Really great high quality food. Don?t let the ?All You Can Eat? fool you. Very... tasty. Good portions of tasty sushi. Frankly the sushi beats those of places much more expensive. And their hibachi foods(steak, chicken, veggies) are wonderfully delicious. We really enjoy coming here quite bit (maybe too much?)! I happened to find out about this gem from a guest at the Courtyard Marriott while we were chatting at the Jacuzzi. Even his... kids were raving about their dinner so I had to check it out. This is not just sushi but includes Hibachi items such as Shrimp,Steak and Chicken Teriyaki. You can also get rice or noodles, soups and appetizers! The $19.99 dinner menu was extensive but for$3 more, I could get my Spider Roll and lobster roll so that's why I decided to splurge and get the Deluxe package. The servicewas prompt and every dish was absolutely delicious! Kai the owner stopped by our table and was very helpful in explaining howthe ordering system worked. I requested to have smaller portions so as not to waste food since I wanted to try a variety ofdishes. There is a very reasonable charge of 50 cent per piece to avoid any waste. The food was so good that I returned againfor lunch the next day. The lunch menu ($15.99 on weekends) isn't as extensive as dinner but you can pay the dinner price to getthe full menu if you prefer. I highly recommend Rainbow Sushi even for non sushi lovers as the dinner menu includesKitchen/Hibachi items. Absolutely yummy food and great service!! I?m so happy I ended up here lol I live all the way on the other side of town and... happened to come over to Jax Beach area to run some errands and was looking for a quick bite and found this spot!! Food wasdelicious and hot when I was served! Def a place to try out especially if you enjoy Japanese/Sushi! And did I say it was an ?AllYou Can Eat!!? All you can eat sushi and grill restaurant. The number of grill and sushi items depend on if you choose the regular or deluxe... meal. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. First round of sushi was suppose to include a salmon and a tuna roll. Ireceived two tuna rolls. I like my raw fish cold but in this instance the tuna was room temperature. The sushi ingredients werefresh and some rolls were better than others. Tried the chicken/ noodles and hibachi beef from grill. The chicken was overcookedbut the beef was pretty good. They are in desperate need of servers. Two servers and a helper were running around the restauranttrying their best to keep up. Two tables of six and eight arrived and service really slowed. At one point a server advised theyhad lost our latest order. I started to fill the order card out again and the food arrived. My lovely friend Margo suggested Rainbow Sushi for our birthday lunch and it was a real treat!! It was great fun picking our... selections from a broad menu that included rolls, noodles, soups and so much more! The service was perfect and the food tastedfresh and so flavorful! Food was awesome. Service was awesome accurate and well mannered. The style of food out does the venue don't take the simple... look of the place to be matched by the food. If you're interested in good sushi ???? then I recommend stopping by! I got two sets of sushi (though I'm not ????) , the... colorful one is: Phoenix which has mango ???? and avocado on the outside. It was so good! Highly recommend anyone who likes alittle sweeter sushi to try it. Definitely a favorite. ???? The second one was a house special, and I believe it was called:angry dragon. ???? It wasn't quite as good, but the ingredients tasted fresh, just not quite to my taste (way too much creamcheese). Don't get me wrong I like cream cheese, but it was overflowing. Both had krab ???? which is my favorite. As for thehot dish, the rice ???? didn't have much flavor but the noodles ???? were excellent. Everything else was about average.
