Poor preparation, poor delivery, poor staffing, poor GM on site fielding calls. Untrained staff that don't seem to give a #$%^... about customer service INCLUDING the General Manager on site. Read more
Save yourself the time and DONT go here!!! They literally IGNORE you when you walk in and will stand in the back on their phone... while you stand at the counter waiting for help, even after saying hello numerous times. The last time I was here no one greetedme, their credit card machine was down, and they were completely rude. This place should be shut down. Not to mention its messyand looks extremely unsanitary. It was dead at like 11 on a Sunday night and the worker couldn't even be bothered to include any of our sauces. I ordered... chicken alfredo pasta. What I got was a disgusting-looking over done mess that definitely wasn't alfredo (it only had redsauce). Read more
