This location is HORRIBLE!!! You’ve been warned! Ordered pizza at 8:20pm, said it would be to us in 52 mins. 9:40pm came and... still no pizza so I called to check in status when a lady claiming to be the manager answered and very rudely told me they wereshort staff and pizza left at 8:50pm to be delivered. Ordered delivery and only noticed they outsource delivery to Doordash after my order was picked up by driver. Order was not... delivered/dropped off at wrong location. Called both the driver and the store. Driver “couldn’t” do anything. The gm firstsaid he couldn’t do anything and don’t know what to tell me because it was delivered by Doordash. After I told him I orderedthrough the actual Papa John’s app, not Doordash, he literally told me he still couldn’t do anything because it’s a lot offood (1 lg pizza and 1 24pc wings) and if he remake the order, it’ll mess up inventory which would affect his bonus. That’shis exact words-it’ll affect his bonus. Just asked for a refund and went elsewhere. Still waiting for my bank to post pendingtransactions to see if I’ll actually get refunded/charged. First time ordering at this location and will be the last. I’venever had an issue with the other Papa John’s location that I usually order from. Read more

3 hour delivery time 1 hr 45 minutes for carry out. Papa Johns has went grossly downhill. Wish they told times before you place... online order so you can order else where instead! Read more

Don’t order from here unless you have 3 hours to spare. Their calls go to a call center in India and I waited 3 hours for one... pizza. It was good but I’m never ordering from here again. It doesn’t reflect on the staff at all but on corporates decisionto send their call in orders to India. Read more

Place order on Friday night took 2 hours to receive order placed at 7:30 did not receive until 9: 30. For $40 on two pizza and... wings could have went to the store and cooked order at have the cost and time. Read more

Ordered pizza to be delivered 1.7 miles away( at hospital). Gave an $8.00 tip up front. After waiting, I called them, couldn’t... deliver for another 2 hours. I went and picked up the pizza myself. It was ok. Nothing to rave about. If you order for delivery,do not add tip! Pay cash tip when they deliver. Lesson learned! Read more

AVOID....very bad customer service. burnt topping, hard edges, and was told it was not burnt thats how it suppose to be ,good... help is hard to find, companies need evaluations, and an ear to the consumer, buddy wrote letter to manager in store, it won'tmake it to higher ups, just bottom of bin.
