This has been one of the best experiences my husband and I have ever had in an Outback restaurant. Thank you to Kim, Winter and... the manager Le Roy and the chef (superb flavor and presentation)! Kim is amazing always attentive! She always made sure we hadrefills and made great suggestions on meals and desserts. She never stopped smiling! Winter always made sure our order came toour table as soon as it was prepared. Always accommodating to our requests and very nice! The manager Le Roy came to our tableand checked in on us. He is very nice and we wanted to make sure and tell him that the crew was fantastic and compliments to thechef too! Read more

I came with my family a few days ago and the service was incredible! It was my wife?s birthday and we were in town, came across... Outback! The food was cooked to perfection and our server Ellie had all the answers! She surprised us with a birthday song andmade my wife feel special on her day! There wasn?t a wait on Friday. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I didn?t wait too long for the food to be ready. The filet... mignon was very tender, the loaded mash potatoes was flavorful and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. Had a great lunch. Read more
If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My husband and I came here on the sixth. To start, our waitress was awful.... In the middle of introducing herself, she picked up her tip from the table behind us and started counting it. As we ordered, shedid not acknowledge that we were ordering. We had to ask her if she got what we said. When I asked where the sides were, shesarcastically said ?on the menu?. Yes OF COURSE they?re on the menu. In the middle of us ordering our food, she turned away fromthe table a second time to talk to another table. Once we ordered, we waited about 45 minutes before asking about our food. Wenoticed that people that walked in with us had already eaten and left. She proceeded to take 10 minutes to ?check? on our foodin the back. Once she can back out, she told us that the were on the ?new system? and the ?system was down?. How was the systemdown when others around us were getting their food? Why did she not alert us earlier if the system was down? Would the grillsstop working if the system was down? She blatantly lied about forgetting our order. I don?t mind being patient for our food. Idon?t appreciate being lied to. She did not comp our meal or even apologize. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for ourfood. We are extremely disappointed with our experience. Read more

I went here with my wife on Veteran?s day and they gave us a free bloomin? onion. It was really good. We got some steak and it... didn?t even need sauce, it was already very good and it was perfectly cooked as you can tell by the picture. 10 stars! Read more
