Went thru less than 20 minutes ago and they messed up my simple order. Order a quarter pounder meal no mustard and get a a... quarter pounder that has mustard and no onions. Terrible. Not stopping here again Read more
Mrs. Elsa was amazing! Of course a drive thru experience isn't a long one but she made mine and my family's a great one. She was... so nice. She interacted with our kids. We ordered through the app for curbside and instead of coming out when we got there they made us wait 20 minutes before we had... to go in and find out the machine was down. When asked why they didn't just come out and let us know they stated we don't haveto. Excuse me but, isn't it your job to bring out the order when it is ready and the customer is there? It absolutely is. Aswell as letting the customer know your out of something. Wouldn't give us the money for the products missing and could careless. Do better McDonald's Read more
We stopped in today (5/20/20) and dining inside is closed due to COVID-19. But, we walked in to make our order and the staff was... wonderful! Friendly, professional- got the order perfectly correct. Very welcoming and a clean store. Extremely pleasant younglady took our order, made sure we got ketchup, salt etc. The food was FRESH and HOT and absolutely DELICIOUS! There were four ofus, and we had a rough, long day because we had to take my mom to a serious appointment with a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic. Itwas around 2:40 p.m. and we hadn?t eaten since breakfast when we left Orlando to head to Jacksonville. So it was just so nice tobe so warmly welcomed, nicely treated and served hot, delicious food. I have always been a Fan of McDonalds food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This is the closest location to my house, so I come... here often. The employees here are extremely pleasent and friendly. Decent customer service as well. My favorite meal here isthe quarter pounder deluxe, and I like the sausage mcmuffin and sausage burittos for breakfast. I normally drive through, (thatswhy I don't have any pictures of the interior) and there is normally about a 5 to 10 minute wait for the food (this location isextremely busy) but it's never that bad. Overall, this is one of the nicest McDonalds locations I have been to and I willcontinue going to this place. I highly reccomend all McDonalds restaurants, and this location is no exception.
