Visited 11/30/22 at 1:30 for lunch. Fantastic! 3 of us for Hibachi table and was greeted by a delightful server who brought us... a crab Rangoon appetizer. Ginger dressing salad is fabulous. Hibachi Filet?s x 2 with Scallops and Chicken were top notch.Presentation was perfect, bar none. Mom had Tempura Chicken, which was so good too. Yes, everyone had a taste of everything. We went there for our grandson?s 20th birthday.Our reservation was for 11 however two additional family members arrived and this... set the tone for the visit. The waitress was totally overwhelmed and basically told us we had too many for our seating. Theysaid there was only one cook and he would not want to cook twice and one cooking was difficult (REALLY). After the waitress andmgr went back and forth we were finally seated. The orders were given to the chef backwards, now he is arguing with thewaitress. The chef was void of personality, no conversation no showman ship not even a thank you. Our 6 yr old grandson was sosad not to see the typical stuff like fire, egg toss and rice catch.The food was lacking in flavor and insufficient in servingsize even for a lunch portion, 3 shrimp, 2 scallops, 3 small pieces of steak or chicken. I never write bad reviews but this is the worse hibachi place I?ve ever been to. The staff seemed annoyed with us and if they... didn?t want a 1:30 pm reservation they shouldn?t have taken it. We were the only costumers in there and they close at 3 pm. Thewaitress didn?t like that we were sitting at 2 tables. Our originally reservation was 11 and we added 2 more. I couldunderstand them being upset with the 2 addl people but NO other customers were eating. The chef was not entertaining, barelyspoke to us and he appeared to have an attitude. There were also eggs shells all in the rice. The meat had no flavor and for theprice we paid, I expected more food and not 6 tiny pieces of steak and 6 tiny pieces of chicken. I could have gotten more foodat Panda Express. The service was slow and again, we were the only customers in there. The food was over priced for the costand I was not going to tip but they added it into our bill. Will never visit here again. We were a little later in the evening due to emergencies coming up and two other hibachi places had already denied us. I called... ahead to MAKE SURE they were open at 9 and the woman on the phone said they seated the last table at 10:30. I thought fantastic,finally. We get there about 9:30 and the man at the front looks at us dead in the face saying ?closed.? I almost started anargument but just stated that we had called and were told they were open for more than another hour. He laughed and spoke to thewoman who we talked to on the phone and then seated us at a table. Literally the only people eating and the service took foreverand the waiter was running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Just for the simple fact of lying straight to acustomers face, and not communicating with your staff, will not be back. It was a Saturday night. Not like it was a Tuesday at11:00 at night. Read more

The only thing good about this place was their clear soup. We had the New York hibachi and shrimp. The steak tasted old and the... rice was dry and unpleasant. The other dish was udon noodles and tofu also the taste was horrible. Not sure how the sushi is butthe hibachi from the kitchen was horrid Read more

So much fun and laughter filled our evening thanks to a wonderful and delightful chef as well as the community style table where... we made new friends. The food was superb. We ordered the lucky dragon roll and it was the best sushi I had in Jacksonville. Sofresh and juicy with an excellent flavor combination. We also order the chicken and steak hibachi to share for two people a sushi roll and 1 hibachi entree was more than enough including the soups and salad. We will be back!! Read more

It was a last minute decision that proved to be flawless... grateful we stopped we were entertained and full with fresh... delicious cooked food with flare. The Chef really put on a show. My family truly enjoyed it. Will def be returning. Job welldone. Read more
