This was my second experience here. Not so great. I brought my son and myself here for a nice ice cream. It was my sons first... time and he got the blueberry and custard ( as shown in the photo below ) he took one bite and wasn?t a fan so i asked the girlin the front if they could replace it since he only took one bite. She proceeded to try and charge me for an additional one thencaught an attitude when i said that wasn?t right. She then walked into the back where clearly through the window it was seen herand the MG trash talked at the inconvenience. This was all 20 mins after they opened. . . Great start huh? After asking themanager myself they finally replaced it. Not to mention it was clear the opening protocols weren?t followed even though amanager was present. No music on, no paper towels or soap available at station and definitely no welcoming service? nothing.I?ll stick to the original Rita?s from here on it where they are welcoming and offer customer service that?s kind andconsiderate. Went through the drive thru, which was awesome to discover they had, the guy working the drive thru was very nice and when he... found out it was our first time coming he was super helpful and offered for us to try any samples we wanted, we tried the lemonbasil and it was really refreshing but ended up settling on the mint chocolate chip ice and the watermelon and sour green applevanilla soft serve gelati. They were absolutely the best flavored ice and soft serve ice cream that I've had before! This has become a must stop place for us after a day at the beach! They have something for everyone and will customize any way... you want it. The Gelati layers are the way to go. Delicious!!! It was so refreshing after a warm day. The service was fast and courteous. I had the combo known as the Gelati and... it was fabulous. Got to have 2 in one and the suggested flavors really complemented one another. There is a hand washing stationfor any spills and sticky fingers. The have seating and people spill over to grassy areas to enjoy their treats. There is also adrive thru for easy pick up. From what we saw that was also equally fast service. Definitely recommend.
