Update Still awful... A room full of people and people going in break. Moving in slow motion What's actually going on... here.. No shift leader in sight... After waiting for about 20 mins all together on hold to place an order I was already thereand had to wait in line to make my order and then wait even longer to have it prepared. It doesn't take you 30 mins to make onelarge sub, even if you do have other orders infront of mine. And then to get back to work with barely enough time to eat andhave my food wrong and so soggy from the meat not being drained properly this whole meal was a waste of money, time and a wholeheadache between dealing with the phones, the messed up food, and being hungry. Well, folks. First, the good news: the staff was courteous, the food was great. Now, the bad news: the tables were FILTHY.... Period. I finally found perhaps the only clean table in the establishment and did enjoy my meal. After I finished my meal. Ivisited the men's room. There was no cover on the toilet paper rolls -- someone, apparently, had ripped it off. Sitting on thetoilet seat, the toilet wobbled side to side. It definitely needs some work. That's why I'm giving it only three stars. With alittle Improvement in cleanliness and some maintenance in the men's restroom I would gladly give it five stars which I know theyare capable of earnin, as I eaten at other Firehouse Subs and have been very pleased. Firehouse Subs never disappoint me. They're delicious, always. And I rarely write reviews, but today I HAD to. I had the BEST... experience simply picking up my sub all because of the man behind the counter...I believe his name is Chris R. I placed an orderover the phone for pick-up and when I got there (early) the sub was ready to go. Chris looked at me, made eye contact and askedme how my day was going, in the most genuine way. I guess I am used to having little interaction and just being cashed outquickly But Chris was just so nice, polite and still quick with my order. His positive attitude made me smile! When I wasleaving he said "Have a great day, Ashley" which to me is huge. He called me by name. I just loved it, it was personal and niceand I left thinking "That guy is awesome and this Firehouse is awesome." I just had to say something. Chris R, keep being youbecause you were a complete pleasure to talk to today. You made me whole day great and we met for less than 5 minutes. Themanagers of that Firehouse are lucky to have you, it gives that store the extra spark it needs for me to want to go back to thatlocation again and again. Read more
