Big Frank is a big guy, so I\'ll try not to offend him...food is good. They have some unique BBQ options that you will not find... at other BBQ restaurants. I try to keep this restaurant on my weekly rotation of lunch time cuisine. Read more
Steven Is such a nice gentleman. We were passing through from Nacogdoches to Keller, he was sooo nice, gave us samples of the... ribs. They are soo yummy. The burnt ends, the sandwiches are soo moist and juicy. I haven?t had a good BBQ before.. This isgonna be our go to when we come back visit. Read more
I\'d love to give 4 or 5 stars, but the food here made me stop. While the BBQ is DELICIOUS, the Mac & cheese seems to have a... rough texture that isn\'t very palatable. Bread crumbs maybe (which I personally do not prefer in mac)? My husband ordered thestuffed/loaded baked potato with brisket and after having a bite, I was instantly mad at my decision ???? while the BBQ doesn\'tNEED a sauce, I wish a homemade staple was added instead of sweet baby rays ???? May try again, but unlikely to order new stuffto try. Read more
I heard good things about Big Franks so we went and tried out to see for ourselves. The waitress was nice and polite. The food... took about 45 minutes to get to us. We order one of their starters but never got it. I asked the waitress about it and she said?oh did you order any starters.? She then says that they were out. Not once did she come by and informed us they were out of itor if we wanted something else. I was fine without the starters. Once we got the food, it was cold. After waiting so long forthe food we did not expect for it to be so cold. We told the waitress about it and who I?m assuming was the owner came up andoffered to make it up to us.
