Waited in the drive through for 20 mins, once at the speaker was told to wait as she was working the drive through & the grill.... After 5 mins we were told they couldn?t take our order. So we left & as we drove by we could see 3 employees standing in acircle laughing and having a good time in the kitchen. I'm not really a fan. This Wendy's have gone down hill. They finally fixed the Ac. The dinning area is dirty. The floors are... dirty and sticky with lots of dirt. The people serving are not very hygienic. I saw a guy scratch his head. And then touch thefood. No gloves. Doesnt wash their hands. There are flies flying around. Totally disgusting. Read more
Slowest service I have had or will ever have at a Wendy's. Never satisfying to eat at this location due to the horrid wait... times being a doordasher and customer in general. Staff doesn't care about it as much either. This is what is wrong with chainson military bases. They know they can get away with a lack of urgency and no respect for the customers. Read more
Drive thru has a tendency to only do one order at a time. Leaving you sitting at the speaker for literally 3-5 minutes. Sharp... corner from speaker to first window is rough on bigger trucks with limited turning radius. Read more
Staff was nice, but the lobby was so warm and humid that the straw wrappers were moist. The fries weren?t even as warm as the... lobby (this location was serving the old fries, not the new ones, and they weren?t even very good by the old standard).Recommend drive thru if you go here at all. I don?t profess to be a Wendy?s person in general, but this place just isn?t good. Visited 3 or 4 times over the last 10 months... and haven?t had a good experience yet. Food seems below Wendy?s standards, dining room is at least somewhat dirty, ordermistakes?I could go on. They will thrive due to limited options on Mcas new river but I won?t go again. Read more
