Pulled up, 2 cars ahead of me around the corner. Was asked to wait to place my order, 3 minutes or so. When I got to the... window there were no cars waiting. After paying, I was asked to pull ahead (no cars behind me), took about 60 seconds from thetime I pulled up to the time I was asked to pull ahead. After paying and pulling ahead, it took about 90 seconds for them tobring the food. In total, the order took about 6 minutes, but their clock willingly show a lightning fast time of 60ishseconds I understand time is of the essence, however, this seems a bit over the top and makes me (and everyone else)involuntarily complicit in fudging performance metrics 10/23/2022, order 3106 at 1202pm. The food here is par with the brand. The lobby is clean and presentable. I don't eat here often because they seem too always... be short staffed. The drive through is always 6-10 cars deep. It's not that they are that busy, it's because they are thatslow. If you have time to waste in line, then the foods not bad. Read more
Usually when arriving for door dash the manager on duty has a horrid personality but the order is timely and ready to go.... Tonight however, the management and associates were personable and not rude but the wait time for door dash orders exceeded 15minutes in more than one occasion. As a dasher, this impacts my ratings, the customer satisfaction, as well as my on timedelivery stats. Read more

I?ve never experienced such disrespect and rudeness and just utter carelessness for prompt professional service . I sat in the... drive thru for 20 minutes and when it came to my turn if I asked if it would be a king wait and the manager not only keptinterrupting me while talking she refused to give her name or store number . Then refused to take my order when I askedrespectfully if it would a long wait. She simply replied ?have a good day? and refused to take my order.
