I came to the store today and arrived a little after 7 because the online hours a few days ago still said 7 am and found they... were closed. The quality of the products is higher than this overall rating. The negative rating was completely driven by the OUTRAGEOUS... shipping costs. If I had not been committed to provide the foods I was purchasing, I would never have completed the transactiononce I discovered the exorbitant shipping costs. Honey Baked Ham Company needs to get it together. READ the orders, you MIGHT get them right. My turkey sandwich was missing the... bacon, it didn?t look anything like the picture. There wasn?t enough meat to even cover the bread and it was dryer than hell andto top it off, the drink was missing. The Tavern sandwich was dry, the bacon wasn?t even heated, the grease was still congealedon it. I ordered smashed potato salad and instead I was given some Kind of broccoli salad. This was the first time I have everordered...probably the last time too. I paid almost $30 for 2 sandwiches way?! I called and asked for the OWNER to call me,someone else called. NOW I?m waiting for Jackie Barton to call. I wonder how long it will take to get that phone call and if sheis even the owner... I doubt it! I wish I could upload pictures because I would.
