I love this subway, the employees are super nice and easy to talk to although, the window seals are a bit dirty, and sometimes... it is a long wait time with people in a big line. I do like the fact that the veggies and meat don't look old and looks freshall the time... I've been to other subways that have been a horrible experience, but this one by far is my favorite, even thoughit does have small bumps that could be fixed. Read more
Walked in 30 minutes before closing. Still great customer service and had all products available!

Younger workers don?t seem to have respect for customers and always act like like talking to the customer is a burden. Multiple... times we have come in and seen one worker rudely telling everyone else to do. Have also ordered online and had the order messedup or nasty old vegetables put on sandwich. Read more
I googled this subway before going there to make sure they served breakfast. I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but... I had a completely different experience. Firstly, I called there and the lady working was very nice on the phone. She even tookthe order and made it while I was on my way there, so it was waiting when I arrived. Not only was the lady incredibly polite andfriendly, the store was SUPER clean. Another customer asked 'are you not open for business yet? ' and mentioned all the coversover the food. She said, 'all food is MEANT to be covered at all times.' which shows that this store also carries highercleanliness standards than others here in Jacksonville. I was a little suspicious that the reviews on here were horrible thengreat then horrible. I wondered if the positive ones were paid for. I can say however that I am a customer that is sitting inthe parking lot right this moment, having just got my food, and feel like this subway went above and beyond my expectations instaff and cleanliness. I wish my receipt had the employees name on it but sadly it doesn't, it only says served by: 92' sowhoever you are, 92, thank you for the wonderful service! Read more
Literally the lady up there is so rude. I was waiting for an order for 5 minutes before someone came up front and started making... it. Then someone came in behind me and the lady told them to quit making my order and make the other lady so I said ?I?ve beenwaiting? and the lady proceeds to say ?to bad? and I said again ?I?ve been waiting five minutes already? and she said ?Sucksyour early? there where no other customers in the store the whole time I was waiting until the person came in behind me. So Isaid whatever and waited for my food. Afterwards I told the lady ?hey I wasn?t trying to be rude when I was telling you I hadbeen waiting and I really didn?t appreciate how you reacted? she proceeds to tell me that I am being disrespectful when I wasAPOLOGIZING! Came in very hungry and not knowing what i wanted and both employees were very helpful! The sub and great and the cookies were... excellent! Very awesome staff tonight (03/28/21 at around 8pm) Will be coming back!! The service here is excellent! Walked innot knowing what i wanted and the guy behind the counter suggested an amazing sandwich instead of getting mad at my indecision.Will come again (visit was at 7:20 pm 1/25/20) Read more
The store was super clean along with the restroom. The two young ladies were very nice and greeted me and my family with genuine... smiles. I did not look at their name tags but one AA and one Caucasion both with tattoos, and the subs were all made to orderand tasted great! Read more
