I rarely leave reviews but I wanna give this guy the recognition he deserves. We came on 9/27 at 6:30 and ordered 3 footlongs... through the drive thru and he literally had them ready by the time we got to the window. The sandwiches were well put togetherand everything we asked for. That takes skills. Had obviously was making them while we were ordering. Anywho, dinner was great!! Read more

This subway is AMAZING! I went through the drive-thru & expected to wait a few minutes , but they had my order right after i... paid. i can also tell that it wasn?t just thrown together. there is another subway closer to me, but this is worth driving a fewextra minutes. Read more
I feel very comfortable with this subway, including my favorite ever subway employee who works here.. I wish I knew her name but... don?t. Will follow up when I do if she likes. Today however whether on purpose or by accident I was initially charged for a moreexpensive sub than I had ordered. Had I not caught the mistake myself, I would have been charged too much. Make sure you are clear with the order you want, and CHECK that thats what you got, or you will be disappointed. Other than... that, staff is nice and its another Subway... With a drive through!! Here are the facts and only the facts. I will let you be the judge. At approximately 5:37pm on 11/29/2022 I placed a Subway... order online, paid for it online, and sent my wife in to pick the order up as I waited in my vehicle. My wife was unaware ofwhat the order consisted of when she went in to pick-up the order (Order #58047EFA-6C) which we ordered online. Once we arrivedhome and prepared the have the sandwiches for dinner, I realized that we were missing 2 bags of chips that we ordered and paidfor (charge also appears on the receipt). I immediately called the Subway store that I ordered from (Store #6232-0). Afterexplaining the above to the female that answered the phone, she stated that they do not have to place the chips in the bag. Shestated that the customer is supposed to do that. This must be policy when employees at this store forget to complete the ordercorrectly. (Sounds like and excuse - not a policy). Any reasonable customer would think that if they place an order online,everything should be in the bag. (Imagine picking up a pizza and the pizza employee tells you that you are responsible forplacing the toppings on the pizza). Here's another point. There were only 2 employees working at the time. While I was in myvehicle waiting for my wife to pick up the order, I saw the same female (Caucasian Female) grab a bag of chips from the standand place it in the bag for another customer (who was also Caucasian); but this same employee claims that it is not their job toplace the chips in the bag when they are part of the original online order. I am african American and cannot fathom why I didnot receive the same treatment as the Caucasian customer. I will take the higher ground and give the employee the benefit of thedoubt and assume that she forgot to place the chips in the bag for my order.
