We tried Sake for the first time yesterday, very impressed. First thing was the booths had butt cushions which made it... comfortable. Our waitress was very nice, and kept checking on us. Every roll and sashimi were perfect. One kid got the shrimpteriyaki kids meal shown in pic, huge shrimp. We got the fried banana with ice cream too. I shouldn't have shared it. Delish. This was my second visit to This wonderful restaurant. It was a birthday dinner to talk about for a long time to come. Our wait... staff was smart and very helpful and assisting me with trying some new things. We began with tuna rolls that were divine. Weenjoyed salmon, Pokè and a katsu box. First off loved the sushi it was the best thing in my opinion here. The hibachi was on the less desirable side. Much better at a... place where they cook it in front of you. Disappointed? We regularly order here and lately they have been forgetting to put stuff in our take out. We ordered fried... calamari this time and when I see how much calamari we got it was depressing.. even more sad is that they forgot to add thesweet chili sauce. $8.95 for such little calamari and forgetting the sauce too? They also expect me to drive 20 minutes to goback for the sauce. Comical. I used to love this place when it was a hole in the wall restaurant. In town for work and wanted Asian food. Had a pretty good rating. Had the miso soup, beef negimaki, spicy scallop roll and a... hibachi plate. Food was delicious and the portions generous. Service was excellent. Had slight reservations being in a stripmall but they were unfounded. The beef negimaki was so tender. The chicken and steak hibachi was cooked perfectly. 10/10 woulddo again.
