Absolute horrible experience at this store. I have never been to a restaurant where they made me feel like an inconvenience to... be open and sell me food. The main door to the restaurant was locked? had to enter through the door by the drive through. Theyhad 3 customers standing there looking at them behind the counter and the staff just looked up and pretended we weren?t there.When we finally got inside it was a good 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. I had to insist? almost beg..,that they put my spicy chicken in a different box than the mild. I explained that my family members have very sensitive mouthsand that 2 different boxes allowed us all to enjoy our food. The mashed potatoes I ordered was only about 3/4 full with justenough gravy on there to say there?s some. The worst of it was the staffs lackadaisical attitude towards customers. I know I?mnobody important, but I have never been made to feel do unimportant. And I came in about 3 hours until closing. I know this willnot effect any of their sleep, but I?ll be taking my business to KFC or Bojangles from now on. Read more

Ate at Popeyes for the first time and will be my last. We ordered chicken sandwiches and nugget meals. Chicken sandwich was not... freshly cooked the bun was old and hard. The nuggets were COLD. There was a lot of chicken already cooked and their was no onethere. Several of their employees came in with food from McDonald's. I had heard it was the best chicken. Slow service, surprising for not being busy. Sides were nice and hot, chicken was hot, sandwich was not. Drink machine down as... usual as well as the ice machine. No greeting, unenthusiastic work crew. We just won't be back. Sorry you have invested in a Pigin a poke Carlos Boozer. Read more

The only flavor I had was the Mac and cheese. The chicken was just chicken with no flavor. Coming from California to here... expecting better food than water flavor old grease chicken. Needs to be closed down or improve. Do not recommend. Read more

First and last experience at this Popeyes. Avoided it for years but went on a whim. Out of nuggets, fries where cold, then... whatever this abomination of a spicy chicken sandwich is. It?s like they tried to find the biggest flat and curled tender andjust slapped it on there calling it a chicken sandwich. What a waist of time and $$. I'm really not one to complain or be a Karen, but I will NEVER eat at Popeyes again. I ordered a chicken nugget combo with... mashed potatoes with a Dr pepper. The syrup in my drink was out, tasted like seltzer water. I didn't have a spoon for my mashedpotatoes....so when I finally drove somewhere else in town just to grab a spoon to eat them, I bite into this. I am literallynauseous.
