Yummy Super Supreme hand tossed pizza.???? There can never be enough extra mushrooms.
We always order the Super Supreme with the Hand Tossed Crust and the 6 piece Chicken wings. Excellent pizza. I am not a 'wing... aficianado' but wings are good. They need to bring back the 20oz AW Rootbeers!! Plus they need to have salads like Dominos.Otherwise I have to always make a 2nd stop...lol???? Read more
Nobody should order anything from any of their locations locally.They are not taking safety precautions for covid 19. I was... removed from my position while out sick with covid 19.I was relieved the first day I called out just to be back in the infollowing morning which is against Pizza Huts policies when someone is throwing up and running a temperature. From the hours of9-5 I am the only one doing prep,cooking, and serving customers other then a driver. I worked four days sick before showingproof of a positive test. My employee concerns are never addressed so I gave a 2 weeks notice that was immediately put intoeffect upon my covid results, this is wrong!Protect yourselves because the Pizza Hut in the Jacksonville area does not care foremployee or customer well being. It would be lovely if you could keep up with said "delivery time" online so the food's not cold when it arrives. 6:10p was our... estimated arrival time but we didn't receive our food until 6:45p. Both our pizza and our dinner box was cold and unappetizing.We ended up throwing the food away. This is twice now. Read more
Ok, this has never happened, but they called me to tell me my pick up order was slightly wrong, and they were sorry it got mixed... up. This stuff matters, and the fact you called me, gave me options to fix it/credit, is honestly refreshing. Thank you to whocalled me, this is what good ethical service is. Read more
Ordered my pizza at 1:45pm finally got it @ 3pm. It tasted and looked like it had been a car that long. Dry and definitely not... hot. Not my best experience with this location. Read more
Ordered my pizza and fries, fries were great, opened my pizza when I was almost home and the crust was almost 3inches wide,... ridiculous. So I call to have them make it correct and I go to get new one and the second one is so exaggerated they doubled allingredients and this time there was no crust, and the dough is barely cooked underneath all the ingredients. I'm so aggravated???? it's not hard to just make a regular pizza. No need to be so exaggerated because I wanted a normal pizza, but now there isnothing else I can do but complain on here.
