The food was decent, although they forgot our jalapeno bites... The entire staff was so disorganized. No one communicated, not a... single smile on anyone's faces. I watched them drop my box on the floor and THEN put my pizza in it. Sure it was the outside ofthe box but... Eew... The phone never stopped ringing because no one was answering it. The person that was answering the phonewent into the back room, didn't tell anyone, and when the phone was ringing next to the person putting stickers on the boxes,that person didn't even budge or seem to care they were losing sales. And they just let the phone keep on ringing. It rang forthe whole 20 minutes I was in there. And this is their Saturday crew. Today was "National Breadstick Day". I chose "Yes!, I want free breadsticks, but I unfortunately was not given breadsticks. I... purchased Papa John's today, vice another restaurant because I like the deal I was getting. I called the store and was told Icouldn't be given breadsticks and she hung up on me. I only give it. 1 cuz I can?t give it a 0! They took 2 hrs to even change the status to delivered. When I?m all actuality they... never arrived! When I called the lady on the phone was rude. I come up to Papa John's asking what the new Papa bowls are she said she don't know. she knows that there is a chicken alfredo... and a vegetable bowl so I tell her I want the Alfredo he says okay it'll be 45 minutes I said okay I come back to get my food.the top around the edges are burnt there's nothing in the bowl but a little bit of cheese four tiny pieces of chicken. piecesand burnt mushrooms I bring it in there and tell her I can't eat that she says well you already walked out the door so you'restuck with it. I paid $10 for that lousy bowl of something that would have made me sick to my stomach. What I don't get if sheknows how to make everything in the store but tells me she don't know what any of them are. She was real rude. If I could give a minus star I would. Not a very pleasant staff although the lady did speak. My issue is however I ordered... 8-piece garlic knots which come with a tablespoon of marinara. When I asked the lady for another one after telling her the onethat came with it was not full she proceeded to attempt to charge .64 cent for another one. Now, why would I pay .64 cents for atablespoon of marinara sauce? I told her the other one didn't have damn near anything in it. Also the meat lovers pizza.. I hadmaybe 2 slices of pizza that had all the meat on it. Folks just seem so unhappy with their employment and don't really try toprovide customer service. Read more
What in the world is this pizza even ???? ordered a medium pepperoni Meatball with extra cheese. There's 1 whole Meatball and 2... pepperoni slices on EACH SLICE by the crust!? Called to ask if this is how they make pizza now, all the girl said was sorrywe'll do better. Never answered my question if this is how they make pizza normally.... not spreading the toppings around. This is the first time I have ever had to leave a semi negative review for Papa Johns. The pizza arrived in a acceptable time... but the delivery man knocked and apologized because he said the delivery instructions said to leave the pizza at the door? Itwas 56 degrees out? Also the pizza was in it?s normal box and not in an insulated carrier? The pizza was almost cold and we hadto reheat it. That has never happened before. I gave three stars because the pizza was still good after we reheated it and Idon?t think it was the delivery drivers fault. Delivering cold pizza with instructions to leave it at the door on a cold nightis a good way to lose good customers. Read more
