Love that they have a play place! Food was fresh, high chairs were abundant and there were lots of seating options. Haven't... stopped by anywhere with a play place in a long time so it was really nice that this McDonald's had theirs open. Cleanlinesscould improve. Read more
Food was horrible, old. Which I specify I wanted fresh. They redid sandwiches but still way to much mayo, chicken was not... cooked all the way, lettuce was brown. Iced Coffee was not made right either. Too much creamer not enough liquid sugar. They didfix french fries issue. Manager was very nice but food and other workers need Improvement. Food was hot and well made. It was crazy busy, and some customers were being quite rude. The staff, however, was kind and... friendly. Yall, BE NICE TO YOUR FOOD WORKERS it's a high stress, low reward job and they do not deserve to be yelled at. Greatjob by the staff here. Highly recommend! Read more
I understand big orders can be frustrating and I have an 8 person household. But for the order taker to completely drop her... friendly tone and get a sassy and agitated demeanor is rude. She snatched my card out of my friend?s hand and threw it back ather. Fortunately, she gave me a receipt and I will be doing a survey as well. Then at the second window the manager was on hercell phone! The night shift at this location either needs retraining or restaffing. To top it all off, we waited almost 25minutes for our food and the burgers were thrown together like the sandwich maker didn?t even care. Pictures of the three othercars they had pulled up to wait for food as well as myself and one of the thrown together burgers. The service I received thisevening is appalling and I will not return to any McDonald?s for the foreseeable future. Read more

First visit. Dinner. Service was extremely slow and a lot of arguing going on, heard them tell someone it was a "18 minute wait"... on fries, and my food wasn't great. Second (last) visit. Breakfast.
