I called this location on Western Boulevard Jacksonville nc location from 7pm until 9pm unable to get through. The line was busy... this long for a place of business. My order was incorrect and neither did they give me a receipt for my order. Unbelievable! Maybe if they did not have a baby behind the register then maybe someone would have notice the order was not correct. Read more
They don't close until 10:00 but the cashier informed me that they usually stop cooking chicken around 8:30. So if you come... anytime after that then they usually don't have any chicken left or maybe a select few items. If you wait for them to cook itthey will just make you wait longer because they really just want you to go away. Read more
My husband and I went inside to make ordering quicker, little did we know we would be waiting 10 minutes (if not longer) BEFORE... having our order taken. A crew of 7 people and the cashier made us wait longer after taking the order from the woman in front ofus. There was an elderly woman at the register who was rude and taking her slow sweet time taking and preparing the order andwe could barely understand what she was saying. The cashier (Heather) was EXTREMELY rude and kept interrupting me while trying to order. Because of this, she got our order... wrong and items were missing. This KFC is horrible. The chicken wasn?t very fresh the 1st round. I called up to the store and the manager or whoever she was... sounded very rude because I asked for fresher chicken. I went up there to pick it up & it just seemed if everyone had anattitude with me because I wanted fresher chicken. Then they forgot the strawberry lemonade I had ordered & gave it to me in avery attitude way. I will not be returning back here ever again. A big disappointment. We came up here one day after dropping a car off for repair. They had a 10.99 chicken Big box. It had two sides a chicken... sandwich coleslaw and a drink. They let me switch out the coleslaw for mashed potato and gravy because they're awesome. Food isvery good and fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed this visit. Read more
KFC...KFC we order the KFC fried chicken(wings) Nashville Hot. Don't do it!!!!! If you want flavored wings go to Zaxby's!! ... Service was great.
