tried to order on the app, but it is set up for card only so went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 little John combos. after... having to repeat myself multiple times, I pulled up to the window, repeated my order again, and was told the order was $23 yetlittle John combos are only supposed to be $6/ea. This Jimmy Johns is freaky slow. Most of the teens in the store are more concerned with dancing for tiktok in front of the drive... thru window rather than attempting to make my food. This place deserves less than the awful bussiness it gets. Read more
We ordered a sandwich over an hour and a half ago. 45 minutes ago they called and said the driver was about to head our way.... Finally got the sandwich and it's soggy, like it's been sitting for an hour. Throwing this trash away and ordering a pizza. Read more

The taste overall was pretty good, but the rest was super bad. Bread was falling apart glad I didn't get oil and vinegar because... the bread was so wet and gross. was way to much meat it comes with double salami and cappuccino but it's too much, and it wasn'tcut the bread was super dense. and paper straws aren't the way to go. If I come thru the drive thru I dnt need the person on the window to order my food. Be patient and wait for a person to read the... menu not everyone know what they once come to the window. Customers are always right now matter what!!! Also if it was a manageron the speak she should do better. They?re always messing up my order. More times than not. And it?s not like I can check it before I pull out because they make it... sloppy and you can?t open it in the car so I get all the way home and when I call to tell them to atleast get a refund since Idon?t plan on eating the sandwich, they ask me to drive all the way back and bring the sandwich .
