#UnderNewManagment We had given up on this IHOP. We had walked out twice since January with June being the last time. Awful... service in the past. And the food was not good. We decided this morning to give it another shot. And I am so glad we did. Ourserver Wesley P was amazing. Great service, personality, attentiveness. Everything. We plan to be one of his regulars in thefuture. He will make us return. We spoke to the manager again this time but it was all good things. We could not sing Wesley'spraises enough and complimented her on hiring him. The food was better than ever. All of the other customers around us seemed tohave a good experience as well. Great food, prepared warmed and well! Our server was very nice. Always informing us on our food. They had a food order back up... in the kitchen and apologized for the wait. We weren?t in any rush. But we got our food perfectly! Will return next visit. Read more
Our waitress never came back after we ordered. We waited over an hour and had nothing. No one came to update us yet we were sat... right by the kitchen area. The staff was in chaos as orders were backed up and some people left. There was absolutely nocommunication with us. Orders sat under the heat lamps for extended periods of time and wait staff was wanting to know wheretheir orders were. My husband asked another employee if we could get an update on how much longer and we had already waited overan hour. Our waitress still never came back. A staff member was stating that they didn?t know who was running the microwave. Myfood was missing an item and we had to ask to not be charged for it. My French toast was hard and leathery. We were not offeredany discount for waiting or for the chaos and the only waitress that came back wasn?t even assigned to our table. She wasawesome though. We still left a tip hoping it would go to the person who came to our table. This was our third experience atthis location like this. Read more
Bad service. The waitress was rude with my daughter. She only asked a question and the waitress answered rude. The waitress did... not even asked how I wanted my steak. No marina sauce for my mozzarella stick. Did not offer more drinks. Read more
Called ahead to confirm wait time (10-15min) Arrived at 10:33am, waited 2 minutes for someone to put my name on the list which... was still a 10-15min wait. They called like they said they would (10:47am) we were seated about a minute or two later. We didnot leave the restaurant until 12:16pm. The service was horrible. Our waitress was no where to be found whenever we needed her.By the time she came to us to get our drink orders we had already decided what our meals were. An hour exactly after beingseated I had to walk up to the register to ask where our food was. We received our childrens food after I spoke up but not mineor my husbands. This was another 5 min wait to receive ours. The food tasted off. As if it had been made and was just sittingthere waiting to be taken to the customer. We had to go up to the register to ask for our check to pay for our meals. We werethen scolded because ?this is not how it?s done? we were supposed to wait for our waiter to give us our receipt. Long wait times, arrived we were seated in a booth and the server came to start with our drinks took the order for 3 out of 4... drinks and walked off before I could order the last drink but he did return to take the remaining drink order a moment later.After ordering our order it took an hour to get the food and once it came it was not all correct. I ordered the Belgian WaffleCombo but was given French Toast instead which I cannot eat due to being allergic to cinnamon. The food once I received thecorrect order was not good at all, I usually ask for to-go boxes but in my opinion this food was not worth takeout. I wouldn?trecommend coming to this particular IHOP honestly. Read more
Don?t waste your time or money coming here. The food tasted as if it was frozen, thawed out and sour. I also got a ?chocolate... milk? it was more like a soured coffee. The hashbrowns scratched my throat. Disgusting food and a disgusting atmosphere. I lefthanging out the car, drinking water and trying not to throw up. We have been to this ihop several times and today was by far the best service. The food came out hot. Tameka was training... another employee and he was very attentive. We did not have to wait to be seated and our food came out in a reasonable time.Today was by far, the best service we have ever received here. Oh, and the restaurant was very clean. Read more
