Got the chili dog combo around 6 p.m. yesterday. Order was quick but the fries were absolutely wretched. Lukewarm, tough and... salty. Apple pies (my favorite item cuz they're still fried there ????) went up in price. On a Saturday afternoon, all the foodshould be fresh and not served after sitting out all day. Read more

The employees here don't know how to act. Not friendly at all. Went in for a doordash order during the morning. Lady came up and... yelled at me in front of everyone in the place, that she was going to server everyone in house and in the drivethru first beforeshe does doordash. She said it would take about 30 minutes. Due to her not doing her job like she's supposed to, it effected myjob and my way of making a living. We have reported them to doordash and corporate of Hardee's because apparently it's not thefirst time they've done this to someone. We personally will never eat at this Hardee's due to this. I currently work in customerservice and it doesn't matter if you're the only one in the back to roll biscuits. You server the customer in the order theycame in and you definitely don't yell at someone because they're doing their job. If you can't properly staff your establishmentthen don't open. The restaurant was completely ran by 3 guys. All of them were super sweet and nice. The food was hot, fresh and made exactly how... we ordered it. I will definitely go back when I know they are working. Read more
Hair in my fries. Mgr on duty didn't care at all. Granted I asked for a refund but he didn't bother apologizing until I... mentioned an apology. Didn't even offer to remake my order fresh. I know things happen in food service but that was gross andhis demeanor gave off nonchalant. Read more
The young girl who took my order asked would you like to try out bacon and egg biscuit, I said sure, with extra bacon and make... it a combo. Absolutely disgusting, both the food and the service I received tonight. The lady taking the order had a horrendous attitude and... barely spoke when I was at the window. Then after pulling up, the gentleman bringing the food out set the bag on my door frameand started walking away, almost dropping it before I had a chance to catch it. Whatever, I blew it off. Then I get home tothis. I ordered two Frisco?s and a mushroom Swiss burger. This is absoluteletly disgusting. The lettuce looks boiled and wiltedonly one sandwich is even remotely correct. And yes the is a black burn on the top of the left bun. All the buns were brickhard. Now they are closed for the night. I have am usually a pretty forgiving person but this is disgusting. Food was ok. Staff was friendly. Not very busy...only 3 cars in the drive thru...2 of us were directed to pull out of line &... had to wait for order. Then it was wrong! Understand this happens if line is full...like wrapped around the building...but withonly 3 cars? Hardee's is better than this. Read more
