????This DD was okay. A little on the rough side but the lady who took our order was *super nice*. The store could be loved on a... little better. ???? If doing your timesheet is generally done at the front - at the cash register ???? that should be changed.We're not sure if that's what was going on but staff who doesn't want to deal with customers and is ???? dressed inappropriatelyfor customers, should be able to do their timesheet duties in back rooms. Most kitchen jobs we've had, we never go up frontbecause we were usually dirty and icky from ???? cooking and washing and what not; not the presentation for customer interfacing???? Would not recommend at all. The service vibes are sketch and the food is unsafe for comsumption. It was dirty and had a line of... unhappy customers. We didn't eat the food because there was a hair in it. ???? We will never go to this place again, newbiemistake. After the fact, I read an article about the standard of procedures here-- find somewhere else to get your food! Read more
I would love to see dunking donuts go back to the days of making the donuts. They tasted so much better and rarely ran out. The... donuts these days can be very dry and very little icing. As for the store and staff great people and the store is alway clean.Keep up the great work. Read more
Nice staff, quick drive thru times but longer wait in lobby. Baskin will make non dairy shakes which is really awesome but... cleanliness could be improved. Would not recommend if you have any severe allergies as there is a ton of cross contaminationhappening (see photo) but all in all a pretty good place Read more

Today was a 4 star day. Usually my favorite DD of the 3 in town. Coffee always great. Very slow walk in service and they forgot... to give me my Bites so they were on back counter and kinda cool by the time I walked up to tell them they forgot about my order.1st time buying it and they tasted awful, never again! Every single time I come to the Dunkin' Donuts at 433A Western Blvd, I order the same large coffee every time, always 10 to 20... minutes in advance through the app. The doors are always locked, so I can't go in to pick up my drink, which according to thedrive through worker wouldnt make a difference anyway even though I ordered before the people in line. The employees, who alwaysseem to have an attitude problem, say it's because they only have two people working when I can quite clearly see 4 or more inthe back, with 1 or 2 outside smoking, and someone is always on their phone. The most common excuse I hear is that they can'tmake a large coffee in under 20 minutes because they're understaffed. Read more
