Our son came home extremely angry because he had coffee spilled on him because the lid came off the cup. We just went through... and luckily the top came off before it got through the window. Has nobody thought to see if the right sized lids are beingused? I don't have cream or sugar in my coffee so if it spilled on me, I would have some serious burns. Even with thishappening, I watched them keep using the same lids. There seems to be a weak link in the quality assurance chain. Read more
My every other day Dunkin spot, really good coffee, and friendly employees constantly on the move to get things done. They don't... ignore you, and instead recognizes you and ask for your patients when super busy. I really appreciate that they don't justblatantly ignore people. My Favorite Dunkin by far! Read more
SLOW drive through pickup on online order...@12:45pm on Saturday. Took over 15 minutes just to get to the order area and waited... another 5 minutes or so to pickup my order. When I got my order, my doughnuts were ALL cold, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THE DOZEN. Read more
