Update: A huge shout out to Jason who came on shift and saw my customer complaint. He completely rectified the situation,... including using me a refund. He was willing to remake my order but I was already on the way to get something else. Because ofJason I'll change my 1 star rating to a 4. I'm stuck at home in quarantine and decided to order Domino's from the Onlsow Drivelocation. Typically I would pick it up because it's close and would save me fees. Due to being in quarantine I did a no contactdelivery despite the extra fees. I left specific instructions for the delivery and waited for my delivery that said it wasdelivered but was never delivered to my door. I called once and the young man said the driver was still out. I called again 15minutes later and he was back and I still didn't have my order. There was no remorse or compassion for me not having received myfood. I asked for a refund but was only told I would get a credit. I am highly disappointed and it will be a LONG time before Iorder from Domino's again, especially this location. Now because I'm finally getting a little appetite back I'm going to get inmy car and drive to get something to eat because it's been three days since I felt like eating. Do better Domino's. What gooddoes it do to have delivery instructions if the drivers don't read it? Read more

Fairly new Domino?s and closest to my home so this is my go to choice for Domino?s. Every experience I have had with this... restaurant has been positive. I carry out and they are always read on the early end of the expected time from the website. They also have a large 5 topping pizza offer for carry out that is under $10. Incredible price. Staff seems motivated andtight knit. Have not tried delivery. Absolutely will continue to be a patron. Read more
I ordered from the Onslow Dr Jacksonville NC location and when I received my food by delivery the first pizzas tooping was on... the tip inside of the box both my pizza boxes were crushed, the parmasan bread twist box is full of grease, and the cinnamontwist bow was greasy and most of the twists didn't have much cinnamon on them. The delivery guy acted like he didn't care andalso like he didn't want to be at work. I will never order from this location again. Read more
