Staff is unenthusiastic and rude. Everything here seems to move very slow. Employee taking my order stopped mid sentence to grab... their iced coffee and proceeded to drink it as I was giving them my order. Picking up food that?s ordered from the app is soslow that it?s somehow worse than just driving up to the store and going inside. The worst drive-through service that I?ve ever experienced at a Chick-fil-A in my life. Took 30 minutes to complete my order and... they did not have Chick-fil-A sauce and they got my very simple order wrong. Read more
The NICEST employees! Destiny at the front who took my order was helpful, attentive and so sweet. We were having an issue with... our curbside order and everyone inside was amazingly helpful. They assembled and brought our food out super quick also! Thankyou CFA! Read more
I like this Chick-fil-A a little better than the mall, just because it's a lot easier to get in and out of the parking lot, and... this one has the option to dine in. Service and food wise, they are about the same. This one may be slightly slower gettingtheir orders out, but in my experience they are also always busier than the other one. As far as fast food goes, Chick-fil-A ishands down the best choice in Jacksonville though. Read more
I ordered on the app, arrived and put in my parking space number at 4:19, at 4:29 my order said that it was on its way. By 4:49... my order still had not been delivered to my car. By the time it finally did our food was cold, we were missing sauces, and myhusbands bun on his sandwich was stuck to the bottom of the container that it comes in. By far the worst chickfila I've everbeen to. We've had disappointing meals here before, but not to this degree. Clearly needs new owners or new management. Read more
My 2nd favorite fast food chain and chicken restaurant. The service is always quick, friendly, courteous and polite. The orders... were, as always, right. Same with being hot and fresh. We used curbside pickup of our app order. I like using the app as well. Read more
Hands down a wonderful place to eat, great service and such amazing staff!!! We dined in, and our food was brought to our... tables, food is just yummy...one of the staff seen my grandson's passy fall on floor, she took it and washed it off for us... Sovery kind... And it put a smile on his face to be able to have his passy back!!! Cleanliness all around, dining, bathrooms, andoutside... Stopped by for lunch and picked up a screw in my tire leftover from thier renovations. I noticed the clicking while in the drive... through but thought it was the pavement. As I exited I could still here it. I immediately turn back in to bring it to theirattention. The guy at the drive through said he would get someone. I waited 5 minutes before going in. I asked for a managersnd spoke to Mike who said they just finished construction and just open back up a few hours before. Asked me was he supposed todo about it. Um excuse me sir. You should offer to pay for the repair. I told him I would contact the corporate office. So muchfir that outstanding Chick Fila customer service. Read more
