9/9/2022:It was my first time being there it was okay but the manager is being kind of mean to the employees they look like... there was new. They was trying their best to get through the dinner rush and she was kind of yelling at them to hurry up. Foodwas good. Read more
I stopped in on the way to work, a bit in a hurry, so I ordered ahead. There was a slight mishap with my order, but the staff is... always friendly, the remade my bowl in a flash and I was off to work! Food was good and now for the bad. Stopped in to eat after church with my family. I asked for a Fire Shot bowl and didn?t think... anything else of it. Sat down with my family to eat and realize that I had something different. Went up to ask for some ghostpepper jack cheese since that would somewhat make it into what I ordered. I was then told by the cashier that if I didn?t payfor a Fire Shot, I didn?t order it. Wow! I was then asked if I was just trying to get queso, No. In order to no longer continueto be publicly embarrassed I said never mind. I?m just one customer and the restaurant will just shrug this review off like themanager did but continue to show such poor customer service and you?ll have more and more people going elsewhere.
