The dining room was closed, not enough staff, you gotta pay people more money to get them to work! Wages in Jacksonville North... Carolina are lower than pretty much everywhere else! Even lower than Arkansas, Mississippi and Missouri! It's 2022 Jacksonville!???? ????The food was decent. The chicken was good, the biscuits have a weird aftertaste but we make homemade so you can'tcompare to homemade. The guy was really nice in the drive-through. ??Thankfully it was not too cold and we were able to sitoutside. The sign on the door says they close at 7pm and I got there at 6:40pm and the door was already locked. I go to the drive thru... and spoke with a manager asking why the lobby was close and it isn?t 7pm yet and she said they just painted the lobby and wantedit to dry. I had been craving the Bo chicken sandwich for a couple days. It had been a long week, so I decided to treat myself to one...... waited patiently in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes. Finally got my order got all the way home sat down to relax pulled out mysandwich, took one bite????. It was like a dried piece of shoe leather that was burnt. I was stunned! And furious! I had to getback in my car drive back to the Bojangles rant at the drive-thru, they didn't have any more chicken sandwiches. So I had tosettle for chicken tenders. If you can go to another Bojangles I would say do it, just bypass this one. They were exceptionally slow, the food was cooked poorly, and the kid working the register kept trying to dissuade people from... buying food with biscuits because it "was a 9 minute wait", as if no one heard him say it to every other person that orderedbefore. Rarely get a correct order at this location. Just today I ordered 2 cinnamon twists with extra icing. This is far less than the... normal amount of icing, it's like they do it on purpose to mess with customers. Read more
Christina went above and beyond this morning. I called in bright and early to let them know I had plans of coming for a large... order within an hour. She was bright and cheery and ready to assist. When I arrived she had everything ready to go andpackaged up. Even took the time to make sure I had all plates, utensils, and jelly to be safe! I asked for mashed potatoes, I got Mac N Cheese. I asked for Dr. Pepper, clearly it needed to be changed. The drink was... un-drinkable. I did not get to-go sporks so I had no way of eating the side item anyway. Also, the chicken portions were verysmall. Oh well. Better luck next time hopefully. Read more
