I got to the Western location at 8:10pm with 5plus employees working the store. Right off the bat I waited at least 5 minutes to... receive only half of my order girl at the window brought order to window and then never handed it out to me then had me pullaround and I have now been at the store for almost 30 minutes what should be a quick turnaround was over half an hour in thestore alone. I can see that the Baskin and Robbins in this area is kinda busy,and the customer service is slow,and I think there was a woman... with downsyndrome that works there,I?m happy they give an equal opportunity to people with downsyndrome to live,work and learnthe society outside,My order took so long and they forget about it,but somehow I am happy with the service.
