Got to the Arby?s in Jacksonville NC, 11:15 am they were not busy, ordered the brisket sandwich meal, staff was polite got my... food quickly that?s where it ended. My sandwich the meat and cheese was half off the bun what passed as the onion straws weresoggy and the sauce was blob in the middle of the sandwich, bun looked it had been steeped on not even hot just kinda warm.Fries under cooked. Arby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, but when going to the one in Jacksonville, NC it gave me a since of... nostalgia. Before all the major fast food renovations over the past decade or so this Arby's reminded me of fast foodrestaurants in the 90's when I was coming up. It just made me think of simpler times and felt more welcoming than these newerremodeled restaurants. This one also had a baby changing station in the men's room and a button for wheel chair bound person topress to open the door. The staff were very good as well. We will be back when in the area. This was a great Arby's experience. Customer service was phenomenal. I was helped quickly by the manager, who forgot to turn on... the machine for my Jamocha shake, so as a consolation, he upgraded the size and apologized for the wait. Other than this,everyone was friendly and cheerful. I walked in to see smiling faces and that just made the entire atmosphere light and happy. Iwould definitely recommend it! Read more
