Used to be pretty good, but now it's just meh. My wife ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp which a few pieces were under cooked.... My daughter had chicken strips which were over fried and the wait staff were pedestrian at best. Management should really have apow wow with their staff. Hopefully that would make improvements and help the staff. Read more

Never order to go here or you will get the items wrong 30% of the time. I really hate fully cook steak and I got one on my last... order but it was late when I noticed. Additionally, I haven?t had my drink 2 times. So if you are going to order from here makesure you check no matter if you have 30 bags take your time to triple check or just go an eat inside. The people is reallyamazing and professional, I just wish I can get what I order when I arrived at home. My husband and I had our ten year anniversary and we decided to get dinner from Applebee's on August 18th. He ordered a burger... specifically stating no pink and an order of fries . I had the salmon and mashed potatoes and broccoli. The first thing was thefood wasn't hot at all . The second thing was as soon as he bit into the burger it was really rare and had bled on the bun andwasn't cooked all the way through . He did end up pitching it . My broccoli was cold and my mashed potatoes were old andprobably down to the bottom of the heated pan in the warmer they were in because they were brown and crispy and there wasother food in them that should have not been in there . It was quite disgusting. The meal cost at about $40 and wasn't good atall. There was nothing remarkable about this meal and nothing that tasted right. We probably would have been better off going toMcDonald's as it's pretty much the same quality . This food was unserveable . I will never go here again. The closest Applebee's to my home is a 20 minute drive. I was able to walk a short distance from the Hampton Inn where I'm... staying. But there's plenty of parking if you're driving. The curbside pickup is on the west side of the building. I wasseated immediately by the hostess at a booth which I requested. The server was friendly, polite, and professional and took myorder a short while after I was seated. When I ordered the Strawberry Margarita, I did not expect a super big one. I couldactually taste the Malibu Rum in it. The picture looked refreshing and it was. The server also brought a large glass of icewater, as some margaritas can be super sweet. Although I like a more tequila in my margaritas, this was refreshing and thecoconut flavor popped. My huge Oriental Chicken Salad with crispy chicken was delicious and they didn't skimp on the dressing.It was served with a hot, buttery, herb breadstick which was a nice touch. I do miss the mandarin oranges the salad used to comewith decades ago. I left with enough salad to be served as a side with another meal. When I arrived, the restaurant wasmoderately full. When I left, the place was packed. The reason I knocked a star off was that the leatherette seat of the boothwas cracked and peeling and should be replaced. Very prompt service. Waiter came frequently to check on us. Good food and excellent dessert!
Food was very good, only problem I had was that the waiter seemed irritated he had to do his job. Still left him a tip, but it... seemed to be to hard to grab anything extra, like refills, or sauce, ect. The food did come out in a timely manner though, sothat was nice. Read more
