The service was good. My order was taken very quickly that I had to verify if it actually correct at the window which it was.... Never going to this location again. Tried this place multiple times and it is always a let down. If you want zaxbys drive to... I went thru drive thru and it took me 30 minutes altogether to get my food.... and when I did get my food my wings were cold. I... went inside to tell them about it and they told me it was going to be 12 minutes for fresh wings.. I didn't have time to wait.... I asked for grilled chicken instead, and it was a 8 minute wait. I went to this zaxbys to grab some food. After waiting 30 minutes in the ridiculously long and slow drive through line, I was... greeted with the worst amount of attitude from the girl at the intercom. Almost in the sense that I just needed to shut up andjust go somewhere else cause they didn?t feel like providing the product and service they advertise. After getting to the windowthe guy at the window almost gave me the wrong drink and then I corrected him that it was wrong?. I got more attitude. Thenafter receiving my food (which I later found out that was undercooked) I said ?thank you have a blessed one? and then I get thewindow slammed in my face. I went right as they opened and I figured it would be a good time to go. I pull up to place my order and wait 10 minutes to... place my order while I had cars blowing their horns at me to move up. The girls attitude when I got to the window was terrible.She just glared at me when I asked a question about my order. I pulled up to wait for my order and when it was handed to me itwas almost falling out in the bag. I checked my order and it was missing tounge torch sauce which is the main ingredient. Ilooked at the other item in my order and it looked right. I went inside and git them to fix it. So I've never been to a Zaxby's and can and did walk into this restaurant with an open and objective mind. It's worth it. This... is a high quality chicken restaurant that uses what I'd term the generous use of market and food innovation to make a goodproduct and experience. For example the grease and batter used on the chicken itself is a lot lighter and calorie conscious thanother chicken locations. Another quality are is the effective use of sauces and spices. It's acts like it should and garnishesand adds to the overall flavor. I had the nibbler meal which is a lightweight sandwich with fries which, at $9.99 is one of themore inexpensive items on the menu. I'm pleased to say that I didn't bite into one chicken bone this whole meal. ???????? Therestaurant itself is spacey, well laid out and kept clean. Service is friendly and efficient they keep it moving but stillfocused and on quality.
