Sat in line at the drive-through for 10 minutes before they were SCHEDULED to close, 2 people from inside store came out to look... and see how many people they had left in line before or they could close for the night- and they turned the lights off to thedrive-thru and closed early.... What makes it even worse is that a manager I believe, came out and was talking and said theyclosed it 10 And it was not 10 o'clock yet!!! I got the new 8 piece w the new garlic buffalo sauce. The sauce is great. Chicken had been around a while. They discontinued the... chips. Too bad I loved them. I asked them NOT to put any sauce inside the food container box & they intensionally put the sauce packets in with the... food. The only way not to get sauce here is by going into the lobby to check the food boxes before you leave. They should haveput more french fries where they put the sauce in the food container since it is so expensive compared to Popeye's chicken. Read more

We ordered ahead and still waited until the line of cars cleared before we got our order. His excuse was they had to cook the... wings. It's Zaxby's, wouldn't you already be cooking wings?
